Yay, you’ve made it to those joyous new baby snuggles. But, now what? You’re tired, hungry, maybe need a shower. Is the laundry piling up and the dishes never ending?

Don’t worry about any of those things. Allow Azriel Doula Works to take care of the daily tasks so you can focus on recovery and your baby. It is our goal to have you sitting on the couch in your comfiest clothes with your baby (or babies!) and favorite snacks nearby.

What can you expect during your postpartum visit? As each shift is based on your current needs, it could be all of these or none of these:

• Pump parts/ bottles cleaned and sterilized

• Small household tasks

• Lactation support

• Nourishment and hydration

• Answering all of those 2am questions

• Discussing postpartum mental health

• Helping entertain older siblings

• A helping hand on outings

• Allowing you as much sleep as needed

• A solo trip out of the house
