  • Postpartum doula care is typically not covered by insurance, but many families use HSA/FSA funds or include care on their baby registry. We’re happy to provide invoices or documentation if needed

  • Overnight care typically includes newborn soothing, diapering, feeding support (bottle or bringing baby to you for feeds), settling baby back to sleep, and light tidying related to baby care — so you can rest.

  • Yes. Packages are designed to be simple and flexible. We can adjust daytime vs overnight hours, add extra support weeks, or tailor care for NICU graduates, multiples, or unique family needs.

  • Most families book during the second or third trimester to ensure availability, especially for overnight support. That said, we often help families who reach out after birth if openings allow — it’s always worth asking.

  • No. Many families start with hourly care and move into a package once they know what support feels best. Packages are simply the easiest way to save and ensure consistent scheduling.
