This 2-day child birth education class will be held in either Lincoln, NE OR Council Bluffs, IA.

DAY 1: Partner centered care- hands on coping techniques and comfort measures. Hospital transfer plans, partner support + advocacy, team work, birth plans and much more!

DAY 2: Mom centered care- breastfeeding, body + mental prep for pregnancy and labor, physical changes during pregnancy and postpartum.
